This essay defends on the modern TV culture. TV is a good parent and good friend. It socializes children at home when the single mothers go to work. In other words, TV is a boon for the poor and single mothers who can't afford staying at home and caring the children. In a TV environment, a child can use cognitive skills in a fun setting.
